Any info on there you found the fungus?

As an aside, it would be nice to see some details on your microscope and camera in the signature section - I find it useful.

What means "2.5pe"?Photo eyepiece?
I would also like to know what is your microscope setup.

i got this sample from a white-colony-forming yeasts appeared on the kimchi surface
"kimchi" is a korea traditional fermented food

you are correct
2.5 pe => 2.5x photo eyepiece. sorry
i use olympus bx50 and uplanfl objective.
