iOS App for using iPhone as camera

#1 Post by MichaelG. » Tue Aug 11, 2020 5:51 pm

mScopePal is written by a Japanese developer, but ‘Google Translate’ makes a pretty fair job of the web page:

Have a look : The developer deserves some interest and encouragement ... but to date has only one ‘Rubbish’ review.

I think it has great potential ... and I have already requested an iPad version !!

What features make this a microscope camera?
Manual focus, zoom, manual white balance etc. already available on apps eg. Moment

I’m not promoting it, David ... and frankly I don’t yet know if there is anything very special about it.
I was just impressed that someone with an interest in microscopy had built an App which wasn’t dedicated some particular 3rd Party hardware.
I was disappointed to see just one lousy review, and thought the App deserved better than that.

I was not aware of Moment until you mentioned it.
