Leitz SM photo tube quandary

Hello peeps-I want to set up my Leitz SM (the little one) with a photo tube to work with just camera-no eye pieces-there seems to be about three dovetail variations-the mono eyepiece will fit snug on my Labovert but wobble on a dialux-aren’t there three variations? And two looking almost identical?-does anyone know the dovetail diameter of the SM vs other Leitz microscopes? Photo below-yea the turret is in process of being regreased-boy those ball barring are small!
