Fujifilm X-A3 To Nikon T tube

I currently have an old Nikon dslr that is not playing nice. I got a great deal on a Fujifilm X-A3 and I just don’t have the Google fu to find the appropriate attachment from the camera to the tube. Does anyone have any leads?

This is a mirrorless camera with a short flange distance. Should be possible to use one of these https://www.ebay.com/itm/274696367794 and one of these https://www.ebay.com/itm/175262840350 and attach directly on top of the tube (assuming you mean a trinocular head marked T). I am not 100% sure if this head will cover aps-c mounted this way though. If not a teleconverter like a 1.6x could fill the frame and crop dark edges.
