EOS Utility and Mac
EOS Utility and Mac
I have a Canon D5 mark ii. It’s attached to my Mac and I’m using EOS Utility 2. The problem is that the camera always compensates for the changes In light I make on the microscope. It limits some illumination techniques. Does any one kno2 how to keep this from happening. When I turn up the light on the scope, I wan5 i5 to stay that way.
Re: EOS Utility and Mac
Is everything on the camera set to manual mode?

I’ve just had a very quick look through this:

Re: EOS Utility and Mac
I’ve tried different modes and all the metering settings. It still does the same thing. I think it just may be inescapable.
Re: EOS Utility and Mac
As long as the camera compensates for changing illumination something is configured to work automatically.
Make sure, the camera is in manual mode.
Set shutter speed to a fixed value
Set ISO to a fixed value
In case a camera lens is part of the configuration set aperture to a fixed value.
