Olympus EMM-7 question

Hi,
I recently aquired a nice set which included the Olympus Sz-Tr stereo microscope, a PM-6 camera and an EMM-7 exposure meter / colour analyzer. I figured out how to use the camera, and even managed to clean it, put new shock absorbing foam inside. But the interface of the EMM-7 is a puzzle to me. I understand the switches for colour temperature / low light / high light and film speed, but the rest remains a mystery. There are two double scaled exposure time scales, both labeled High and Low. How do I choose between the upper and lower dual scale? How to measure the colour temperature is an even greater mystery.
I hope someone here has any experience with this relic from the past…
