I inherited a Moticam 10MP and am trying to use it on my Laborlux 12 compound with Motic Images Plus 3 running from a MacBook Air with 1.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, 16 GB RAM, Intel UHD Graphics 617 1536 MB. It seems I cannot install MoticPLus2 software on OSX 12.4. It should have enough RAM and Video RAM to run the camera. I installed Plus3 and it sort of runs but I was able to select the device only once; since then it opens in demo mode and it seems to not coordinate with my trackpad - sometimes I can get the dropdown menu but can't get the cursor to select the camera. I discovered that my computer is never listing the camera as a connected device.
Anyone have any idea whether I am just having a software/OS incompatibility? I can't find anything on the web that tells me what OSX is compatible.
