Amscope md400e software/driver

I took my old md400e camera out of the closet again but can’t find the software to use it. amscope doesn’t support this camera anymore. I have an old windows xp laptop available. Anyone have the driver/software orknow whereI can find it ?

I’m aware of this site but couldn’t find the software to get my camera to work.

I downloaded my software from Amscope webpage but different camera.
New PC doesn't have a CD player is why.
Anyhow go to the Amscope website and look for a support email and ask them.

Generally speaking optics tend to age like wine, whereas digital cameras age in a more milk-like fashion. Even if you could get the drivers working it's probably not going to be a great experience.

It worked than and I was happy with it . I wrote amscope an email so maybe they are willing to help me. Let’s see….

In windows 10, many of my MD cameras work with the Windows camera app. Nothing fancy so far as editing is concerned, but the images are reasonably ok.

Wow. That's better than I thought it might be. Hopefully Amscope customer service will put it's best foot forward and not in their mouth. Let us know

Amscope sent me some files but none of the drivers worked (neither was rhe camera mentioned as being supported). Looks like they missed my reply so I’ve sent another email. Meanwhile I chose another route and 3d_printed an Iphone holder which looks promising.
