I found one of these the other day in some creek debris! Watched it snap up a ciliate and followed it around at 1000X for a while. I was lucky enough to see it suddenly spit up all the digested matter it was hauling around. I guess they don't come equipped with an anus? The front bit looks so much like a big nose with the two depressions on either side - I wonder if they're some sort of sensory organs. Maybe it is a nose!
