Heliozoa. Plasmogamy.
Sometimes we observe the Heliozoan division process in which an individual divides to form a new Heliozoan. In this video we observe the opposite process, that is, two individuals come together to form a single individual; Fusion / fission?

Excellent and fascinating video, Francisco! This process is called plasmogamy, in which two cells can fuse into one. The cells fuse their respective cytoplasm and nuclei. I saw this in the heliozoan Actinosphaerium, as shown in the photo below.
