mechanical stage to fit

#1 Post by Judge » Thu Jan 20, 2022 8:19 pm

I am looking for a mechanical stage that fits a Swift SW200DL. Does anyone know where I could find one or is there a way to modify a different mechanical stage to fit?

You could check out MS 90 or MS 100 from Amscope. Both are $26.00 each. I was able to mount one of them on a scope I have using epoxy. The pins didn't line up right. Fortunately the pins are threaded and removeable, and if necessary you can figure out how to change the mounting screw. Others may have better solutions.

Hi Judge,
it would hep to mention in wich country you are and whether you are using platforms like ebay. There used to be very nice x-y stages and also object guides to mount onto an existing stage from variuos quality brands of the past.

I used Greg's suggestion and it works perfectly.
Thanks all
