Here is an impressive slide of a tubal pregnancy (human) with the embryo inside the tube. The annotations explain everything very well.

Extrauterine pregnancy (tubal pregnancy)
Re: Extrauterine pregnancy (tubal pregnancy)
Martin,
That is a great image of a very well made slide. Do you know which company made/sold that slide? Thank you. I would like to buy some similar embryology slides.

Re: Extrauterine pregnancy (tubal pregnancy)
Is this a vintage slide? It can't be legal to put human embryos on slides anymore...

@zzffnn:
This is a slide from our collection of thousands of VM-slides.
Actually, my colleague (pathologist) and I (hematologist) have created 2 software products: Smart Zoom (cloud based virtual microscopy platform for Universities under www.smartzoom.com) and EasyZoom (the platform, where you can just upload, annotate und share huge images). We have a huge collection of exclusively annotated slides from biology, histology, hematology, anatomy, pathology, etc., which we also rent out. You can always contact us through our websites.
@hkv:
This slide is not so old and totally legal: A tubal pregnancy is a medical emergency, where pregnant women can go into life-threatening shock. During the emergency-operation, the tube (including the embryo) is resected and screened in the pathology department. Slides are routinely prepared to rule out a tumor, etc.
Best regards
Martin
