In stagnant waters, lakes, ponds, .... it is possible to find interesting protozoa. In a flask with water with some detritus passed some days usually appear Parameciummr micro wrote:it looks very nice , thanks for sharing

These ciliates appear quite frequently in the water samples that I collect

It does not add anything to "slow down" the movement.
