🔬 3D Printing the best Darkfield Filter for my microscope

Microscopes that have a condenser can be converted to dark-field by inserting a darkfield patch stop or darkfield filter. In this video I show you how I determine the best size of the patch stop. A patch stop that is too small or large will not produce a nice darkfield image under the microscope.
